About Us
I'm Antoinette "Toni" & my husband is Jonathan "Johnny".  Together we have a 17 year young daughter, Luna.  "Mahina" is Hawaiian for Moon, Luna.
We're originally from Taos, New Mexico.  We moved to beautiful Hawaii 11 years ago via Alaska.

We loved New Mexico and Alaska however have found that living in the tropics is the place to be for us.

When we first arrived, we were tired of living so rural and decided that living in the heart of Kona would be a great start.  We loved it!  After about 5 years of living in a cul-de-sac we missed the peace and quiet that comes with rural living and decided to move deep into the jungle. After an amazing year and a half of living in "Avatar" world, we found home in beautiful Holualoa.  It's the perfect medium between country living and everyday conveniences.

In addition to hosting visitors in our home, we also have a sweet, little popular Bakery and Vegan Cafe in Kailua Kona called Evolution Bakery & Cafe.

We are responsible, hard working, conscious & accommodating and would be happy to be your hosts during your trip to the Big Island ~ Moku o Keawe.
